Many communist parties of Great Britain were formed, which led USSR to give  a global face to socialism.

  • Communist parties, including the Communist Party of Great Britain, were established in many countries. In order to fulfil their experiment of acquiring power, the Bolsheviks encouraged colonial citizens.
  • The Conference of the citizens of the East and the Bolshevik properly established Comintern, an international union of unrelated Bolshevik revolutionary party, which was attended by many non-Russians independent of USSR.
  • Some were sufficiently educated at the Socialist University of the Workers of the East in the USSR. Thus, USSR had offered a global image and world stature to democratic socialism by the time of second world war outbreak
