Steps:
1 ) A point has two +q charges.
So, there will be two dipoles P(1) BA and P(2)CA.

2) Angles between these two dipoles is 60°.
So, we use P(res) by vector resultant formula.
Direction of this Resultant dipole is vertically upwards towaards A.
