16x^2-24x=13
(4x)^2-2*4x*3+3^2=13+3^2
(4x-3)^2=13+9
(4x-3)^2=22
therefore
4x-3 = +or -root22
4x=3+ or -root22
x= (3+root22)/4 or x=(3-root22)/4
(4x)^2-2*4x*3+3^2=13+3^2
(4x-3)^2=13+9
(4x-3)^2=22
therefore
4x-3 = +or -root22
4x=3+ or -root22
x= (3+root22)/4 or x=(3-root22)/4
if u want to make perfect square
it is like a^2-2ab+b^2
we know a^2=(4x)^2 then a=4x
now middle term 2ab= 24x given
2*4x*b=24x
b=24x/(2*4x)
b=3
