Following steps:

  • Take O as center and 3.5\ cm radius, draw a circle.
  • Draw two different radius which is 90\ degree to each other and intersect the circle at A\ and\ B  
  • Draw perpendicular line with OA at point A like AC\perp OA using compass.
  • And B, draw perpendicular line with OB like BD\perp OBusing compass as shown in the figure.
  • Where AC intersect the line BD at E AE\perp BE
