Let the number that must be multiplied be ' x '.

Then,

 (\frac{5}{3})^{(3\times (-3))} \times x =  (\frac{3}{5})^{4}

⇒   (\frac{3}{5})^{9} \times x = (\frac{3}{5})^{4}

⇒  x = ( \frac{3}{5} )^{4} \times ( \frac{3}{5} )^{-9)

⇒  x =  (\frac{3}{5})^{-5}
