Let, the (-1/7)³ is multiplied by x to get (-3/7)⁴

(-1/7)³ × x = (-3/7)⁴

={-1/7 × (-1/7 ) × (-1/7)} × x = {-3/7 × (-3/7)×(-3/7)×(-3/7)}

= -1/333 × x = 81/2331

= -1/333 ÷ 81/2331 = x

= -1/333 × 2331/81 = x

= -1/1 × 7/81

= -7/81 = x

-7/81 are multiplied by (-1/7)³ to get (-3/7)
