let,by 'x' should (-15)^(-1) be divided so Quotient becomes (-5)^(-2).

since,

(-15)^(-1) = 1/(-15) = -1/15

and (-5)^(-2) = 1/{(-5)^2} = 1/25

now ,

(-1/15) 1

--------- = -----

x 25

-1 1

---------- = ------

15x 25

by cross multiplying,

15x = -25
