 \frac{1}{18 \times 18 \times 18}  \times x =  \frac{1}{ - 3 \times  - 3 \times  - 3 }

 \frac{1}{5832}  \times x =  \frac{1}{ - 27}

x =  \frac{5832}{ - 27}

x =  - 216

therefore -216 should be multiplied
