Answer:

(2/3)^-2 × a = (8/7)^-1. let us take the number as a

2^-2/3^-2 × a= (8)^-1/7^-1

1/2^2/1/3^2 × a= 1/8/1/7

1/4× 9/1 × a= 1/8×7/1

9/4 × a= 7/8

a=7/8×9/4

=25/8
