(-3/2)¯³ ÷ x = (-8/27)¯²
(-2/3)³ ÷ x = (-27/8)² Law :- (a/b)^-m = (b/a)^m

(-2/3)³ × (-8/27)² = x
(-2/3)³ × [(-2)³/(3)³]² = x
[(-2)³/(3)³]^5 = x
[-8/27]^5 =x
