x × ( -3/2 )^-3 = ( 9/8 )^-3

x = ( 9/8 )^-3 ÷ ( -3/2 )^-3

[ powers are same . bases should be divided ]

x = 9/8 × -2/3

x = -3/4

( -3/4 )^-3 × ( -3/2 )^-3 = ( 9/8 )^-3
