(-3/2)^-4 = (2/3)^4

(2/3)^4÷X = (-2/3)^3

X = √2/3

First we divide (-3/2)-4 with x equal to (-2/3)^3

(-3/2)^-4/X = (-2/3)^3

(-2/3)^4/X = (-2/3)^3

X = - 2/3
