let the multiplied number be A

so

 ( \frac{ - 3}{4}  - 2) \times (x) \:  =  \frac{ - 2}{3}  - 1

taking LCM on both sides as.

 \frac{ - 11}{4}  \times x \: =  \frac{ - 5}{3}

after cross multiplication

 - 33x =  - 20

therefore the number has to be multiplied with is

 \frac{20}{33}
