The given number is 3/7

Let the no. which should be multiplied with 3/7 to get (1/2)^4 be x

A.T.Q

3/7×x =(1/2)^4

x=(1/2)^4×7/3

x=1/16×7/3

x=7/48

NUMBER WHICH SHOULD BE MULTIPLIED IS 7/48
