(\frac{5}{6 }) ^{-3}  * x = (\frac{-2}{5} )^{2}

\frac{216}{125} *x = \frac{4}{25}

x=\frac{4}{25} ÷ \frac{216}{125}

  = \frac{4}{25} × \frac{125}{216}

  =  \frac{500}{5400 }

x   =  \frac{5}{54}.
