SOLUTION:

Let the number be x

 \implies \: x \times  \dfrac{56}{9} =   \dfrac{64}{9}  \\  \\  \implies \:  \dfrac{56x}{9} =  \dfrac{64}{9}   \\  \\  \implies \: x =  \dfrac{64}{9}  \times  \dfrac{9}{56}  \\  \\  \implies \: x \:  =  \dfrac{8}{7}

Other number = 8/7
