According to the question,

 =  > x \times  ( -  {\frac{4}{7} )}^{ - 1}  =  \frac{2}{11}

 =  > x \times  ( -  \frac{7}{4} ) =  \frac{2}{11}

 =  > x =  - ( \frac{2}{11} \times  \frac{4}{7} )

 =  > x =  -  \frac{8}{77}
