Let the number be x

As per question------

x×(4/9)^-5=(2/3)^-2

x=(2/3)^-2÷(4/9)^-5

x=(2/3)^-2÷[(2/3)^2]^-5

x=(2/3)^-2÷(2/3)^2×(-5)

x=(2/3)^-2÷(2/3)^-10

x=(2/3)^-2-(-10)

x=(2/3)^8
