Step-by-step explanation:

Let the no be x.

sum of (-3/7) and (-9/14) *x is 11/21,

hence, (-3/7) + (-9/14) *x = 11/21.           {LCM for the left hand side is 14}

            (-6-9)/14  *x = 11/21.

            -15/14 *x = 11/21.

         x = (11/21) / (-15/14)

            = 11/21 * -14/15

            = -154/315.

         x = -22/45.

First step to achieve the answer is nothing but simply adding up both the given terms.

(-3/7)+(-9/14)

=

(-6-9)/14

=

-15/14

Second step is also very simple.

Just make a New Folder in your brain computer and choose a name for it. Better be the famous name : X

Now, (-15/14) × X = (11/21)

Just try to understand the logic of the question. That what the question asks from you.

The Final step after which you will defeat this demon is transfer the term (-15/14) beyond the "equals to" sign.

That is,

X = (11/21) × (-14/15)

And the answer is (-22/45)!!!!

Hope it successfully helps you...
