 \frac{ - 12}{13}  \times x =  \frac{4}{39}

x =  \frac{4}{39} \times  \frac{13}{  - 12}

x =  \frac{1}{3}  \times  \frac{1}{ - 3}

x =  \frac{ - 1}{9}
