Let the number be x
so,
-15/30 * x = -5/7
x = (-5/7) / (-15/20)
= 5*20 / 15*7
= 20/21
so,
-15/30 * x = -5/7
x = (-5/7) / (-15/20)
= 5*20 / 15*7
= 20/21
