Let -16/21 should be multiply by X to get 4/7.



Therefore,


-16/21 × X = 4/7


-16X = 4×21/7


-16X = 4 × 3


X = 12/-16 = -3/4




Hence,


-16/21 should be multiply by -3/4 to get 4/7.
