Let the number be x

According to the problem :

 \frac{ \frac{ - 33}{6} }{x}  =  \frac{ - 11}{4}

 \frac{1}{x}  =  \frac{ \frac{ - 11}{4} }{ \frac{ - 33}{6} }

x =  \frac{ \frac{ - 33}{6} }{ \frac{ - 11}{4} }

x =  \frac{ - 33}{6}  \times  \frac{ - 4}{11}

x =   \frac{ - 3}{6}  \times  - 4

x =  \frac{ - 1}{2}  \times  - 4

x = 2

Therefore 2 should be divided by -33/6 to get -11/4
