Solutions :-

To get

Let's X multiply  \: to  (\frac{ - 3}{2}  ){}^{ - 3} To get(  \frac{9}{8}  {}^{ - )-2}

 =  >  \: x( \frac{ - 2}{3} ) {}^{3}  = ( \frac{8}{9} ) {}^{2}

 =  > x =  \frac{8 \times 8}{9 \times 9}  \times  \frac{ - 3 \times  - 3 \times  - 3}{2 \times 2 \times 2}

 =  >  \frac{ - 8}{3}  =  \frac{( - 2) {}^{3} }{3}

To get

 \frac{ ( - 2) {}^{3} }{3} Multiply  \: To( \frac{ - 3}{2} ) {}^{ - 3} To \:  get \: ( \frac{9}{8} ) {}^{ - 2}
