by what quality does the mass and weight of a body changes when a body is weighted on earth

and then on the moon

Mass of a body remains always same

but weight always changess due to acceleration force acting on it...

if a body is accelerated towards upward direction apprent weight increases
&
while downward direction weight decreases from orignal weight

it depends upon gravity force....
weight is directly proportional to the gravity force....
