Given a rational number should divide -28/81 , so that quotient is-2/3

Let the rational number be x
(-28/81)÷x=-2/3
-28/(81x)=-2/3
28/(81x)=2/3
28×3=81x×2
x=(28×3)÷(81×2)
x=14/27
