product \: of \: two \: num ber \: =  \:  \frac{35}{4} \\ one \: number \:  =  \:    \frac{7}{3}  \\ let \: the \: other \: number \: be \: x \\  \frac{7}{3}  \times x =  \frac{35}{4}  \\ x =  \frac{35}{4}  \times  \frac{3}{7}  \\ x =  \frac{5}{4}  \times 3 \\ x =  \frac{15}{4}

put \: x \:  =  \frac{15}{4}  \:  \: in \: the \: equation \\ \frac{7}{3}  \times \frac{15}{4} =   \frac{35}{4}   \\  7 \times  \frac{5}{4}  =  \frac{35}{4}  \\  \frac{35}{4}  = \frac{35}{4}
