Let the required rational no.be x
then ,  the sum of x+15÷5
                           = x+3
and the difference between x-7÷15
                                            =(15x-7)÷15=(x-7)
AtoQ,
         (x+3)÷(x-7)=47÷6
       ⇒6×(x+3) = 47×(x-7)
       ⇒6x+18    = 47x-329
       ⇒ -47x+6x = -329-18
       ⇒ -41x       = -347
       ⇒   x          =  347÷41

∴ The required rational number is 347 by 41
