LET THE NUMBER BE ' x '

x ÷ ( 2/3 )-² = ( 4/15 )-¹

x ÷ ( 3/2 )² = 15/4

x ÷ 9/4 = 15/4

x * 4/9 = 15/4

x = 15/4 * 9/4

x = 135/16.
