By which number should (-2/3)^-3 be divided so that the quotient is (9/3)^-2

-(2/3)^3 ÷ X = (9/4)^-2

Ans = (-2)×(-2)×(-2)/3×3×3 × 1/X = (4/9)^2

-8/27 = 4×4/9×9

-8/27 = 16/81

-8×81/16×27= X (cross multiply)

-3/2 = X
