(2/30)^3 = (3/2)^3 = 3×3×3/2×2×2 = 27/8

(4/9)^-1 = (9/4)^1 = 9/4

Therefore, the no that should be multiplied with (2/30)^3

so, that the product may be equal to (4/9)^-1

9/4÷27/8 = 9/4 × 8/27

=> 2/3
