Rhabdostyla is a "unicellular organism" that lacks a cell wall and also lacks chlorophyll. These are solitary zooid that have an inverted bell like structure, that is present on the top of a stalk which is generally non contractile. They are mostly found in freshwater. The gas produced by Rhabdostyla is Oxygen.
