AB = 3
BC = 4
Using Pythagoras theorem, we have,
AC = √(AB² + BC²) = √(3² + 4²) = √25
AC = 5
Consider the attached figure while going through the following steps:
∠ CAB = ∅
tan ∅ = BC / AB

In Δ ABC,
