Let us consider Jackie takes X days to complete 65% of the total work,

∴ we can say that :-

\frac{1}{3} : 12 = 65% : X

\frac{1}{3} : 12  = \frac{65}{100} : X

\frac{1}{3} ×\frac{1}{12} =\frac{65}{100} ×\frac{1}{x}

\frac{1}{36} =\frac{65}{100x}

100 X = 36 × 65

X = 36 × 65 ÷100

X=23.4

Ans :- Jackie takes 23.4 days to complete 65% of total work.
