Answer: There is lightning conductor on the top of the roof for the protection of the building from the damage by lightning.

A lightning conducter ia always placed at the top of the building because when the lightning strikes the lightning conducter the electricity goes down to the ground and gets earthen as one end of the lightning conducter is connected to the ground by which no threat is their due tto lightning
