c) A vehicle with the speed 60 km/hr takes 8 hours to travel some
distance. What should be the increase in the speed, if the same
distance is covered in 7 Hours?

Answer:

D=s x t

=60 x 8= 480km

Increase in speed:

s=d/t

s=480/7

s=68.5km/hr

increase=

68.5-60= 8.5

therefore, the increase should be increased by 8.5 km/hr
