Answer:

  1. Electricity consumption in India declined significantly during the coronavirus-enforced lockdown, indicated how the restrictions impacted economic activities in the country, a World Bank report said. The daily electricity consumption during the lockdown was compared to the predictions of a consumption model that, among others, considers seasonal patterns, the temperature, and holidays, the report said.
  2. The Covid-19 pandemic has severely impacted the tourism industry across the globe covering sectors like hospitality, tour operators, travel agents, air, land and sea transportation industry and others. As per WTCC, the Covid-19 pandemic is expected to cost the tourism industry at least USD 22 billion resulting in a loss of 50 million jobs globally. India is no exception, tourism has witnessed a significant decline during 2020
  3. Since capital or investment is unlikely during a lockdown, investment demand would have fallen by at least Rs 6.75 lakh crore. Adding the trade deficit, the net loss in GDP due to lockdown would have been to the tune of Rs 16 lakh crore. This is equivalent to 8 per cent of the current GDP of India.

I hope it will help you.
