1. The difference between a small farm and a large farmer really depends on who is asking.

For a market farmer raising vegetables on 1/2 acre urban garden, a 100-acre farm seems huge. But for the farmer planting 10,000 acres of corn and soy, a 100-acre farm would seem like nothing. In general, the larger the farm is via acreage, the more large-scale equipment they will have. This is because a lot of acreage needs big equipment that gets the job down fast. Smaller acreage farms will typically rely on more hand-labor.Keep in mind, scale doesn’t necessarily reflect profit. Large acreage farms typically see very little profit per acre, so therefore depend on many acres to make their bottomline. Small scale farms will focus on more specialty crops and specialty markets and therefore are able to maximize price. However, small scale farms typically have higher costs on an economy of scale basis.

2. Because they does not have any work to do in village because they are landless so they migrate to town so they can get some work easily.

3. Small fishermen generally fish in ponds or streams or small rivers, hence their catches are generally smaller in size. ... Hence, they are able to catch bigger fishes and the quantum is also larger in volume.

4. Framers which are mostly seasonal workers are helped through subsidised fertilisers, seeds and they are also given some loans by the government which help them to earn their livelihood.
