answer fro i st bit

is second > third > first

in first CN is e- withdrawing group so it makes O to have decreased - ve charge since N is more EN than O most of the e- from carbon will be attracted by CN grp

in second methyl groups are e- releasing therefore oxygen gets stabilised by higher - ve charge

in third even though O is more EN than Cl , Cl tries it's best to pull the e- from carbons in between them and hence O has few - ve charge fro it
