Δ ABC is constructed  where BC 4 cm base angle is equal to 45°  and perpendicular bisector of Base BC drawn

Step-by-step explanation:

Step 1 : Draw a line segment BC = 4 cm

Step 2 : Draw an angle of 45° using Protector at B

Step 3: Draw an angle of 45° using Protector at C such that it intersect angle drawn in step 2 at A

Δ ABC is constructed

to Draw perpendicular bisector of base BC

Step 1 : Take a Length slight less than BC and draw arc on both sides of BC using Compass and taking B as center

Step 2: Keeping same length of compass and Taking C as center draw arc such that it intersects earlier drawn arcs at P & Q

Step 3 : join P & Q such that it intersect BC at M

PQ is perpendicular bisector of BC

and it passes through A

\triangle ABC is the required triangle and DE is the bisect line of BC which pass through A

Step-by-step explanation:

Given,

Construct an isosceles \triangle ABC whose base BC=4\ cm and each base angle is equal to 45\ degree

Following steps:

  • Draw a base line BC=4\ cm using scale.
  • At B\ and\ C, draw two angle 45\ degree using protector such that \angle CBX=\angle BCY=45\ degree
  • The line BX\ and\ CY intersect at A
  • Take B as center and more then length of half of BC as radius, draw two arc above and below.
  • By same radius and C as center, draw two arc which intersect the before arc at D\ and\ E
  • Join DE which passes through A

Hence, \triangle ABC is the required triangle and DE is the bisect line of BC which pass through A
