No, according to me, the people from marginalized communities aren't enjoying their fundamental rights. There is still cast bais going on among the people. The backward cast communities are not encouraged to take up education in well reputed universities etc. There is still gender discrimination going on too. The girls are asked to stop there education in an early age, where as the male child continues their education. There is discrimination even among a son and a daughter from the same family, where the daughter is ignored. These are the few examples where in it shows that there are still people found, who do not enjoy their fundamental rights.
