Answer:

A alone can mow 5 hectares in 9 days

Step-by-step explanation:

1/A+1/B=1/2C.......(i)

1/B=1/2A

1/A+1/B+1/C=1/16

FROM (i)

1/2C+1/C=1/16

3/2C=16

C=24

BUT IT HAS TO MOW ONLY 5 HECTARES

24/4=6 DAYS

AGAIN PUTTING VALUES OF C WE GET VALUES OF

A=9 DAYS

B=18 DAYS
