Answer:

Mark as brainliest!!!!!!!!!!!!

Explanation:

In french « mon » is the possessive for a singular masculine direct object complement. As english speaking people do not bother with masculine or feminine, it can be hard to understand.

Basically « ami » designs one male friend, and « amie » a female one.

If you talk about more than one of your friends, and at least one is male you just put a s at the end of the word, and « mon » becomes « mes ».

« mon ami » becomes « mes amis »

Notes: « mes » is the possessive for either male or female things. If you talked about some female friends, you would’ve said « mes amies »

French is quite complicated, if you want to speak it fluently, make sure to distinguish masculine and feminine, as mistakes of this kind are a pain to hear ;)
