In this technique, we will used to control our breath, which will help us to maintain oxygen and carbon dioxide in our body. By controlling ourselves, we will maintain a calm and health life.
In pranayama, we will inhale our breath from a calm nature, by intaking slowly and deeply which will make oxygen to be supplied to each part and finally we will let out the carbon dioxide in a relaxed manner. It will make our body control itself from unwanted diseases.
After the complete training of pranayama, we will realize the spirit that lies immortal in our body.
