1) Republic of Ireland

2) Argentina

For the first set :-

Given group :-

England, Scotland, Wales, Republic of Ireland.

To Find :-

The odd one in the given set

Solution :-

In the given set, the Republic of Ireland is an odd one because England, Scotland & Wales along with northern ireland forms a country named United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland or simply Britain or UK.

Thus, Republic of Ireland is odd since England, Scotland & Wales are governed by same country under same government but Republic of Ireland is a separate country with separate legislature and separate government.

For the second set :-

Given group :-

India, Australia, Canada, Argentina.

To Find :-

The odd one in the given set

Solution :-

In the given set, Argentina is an odd one because India, Canada, & Australia were formerly a colony of British empire whereas, Argentina was formerly a colony of Spanish empire.

Thus, Argentina is an odd one here since it was a former colony of Spanish empire whereas India, Canada & Australia were former colonies of British empire.

Argentina declared independence on 9th July, 1816.
