1.) In the Tropical Desert climate region, Trade Winds are dry. Answer: In the Tropical Hot Desert region, the Trade Winds blow from land towards the sea, so these cannot gain moisture and are dry and there is no rainfall and a prolonged dry and hot season.

2.) People in monsoon region are mainly engaged in agriculture because the rainfall during the Monsoon season provide much needed moisture to the soil and help in the growth of crops.
