C is symbol for carbon in, what else does it represent??

Every element has a symbol which represents that element, so one symbol can not be used for two or more elements. Carbon is also an element of periodic table which is represented by "C". No other element in periodic table is represented by C. However, many elements start with the word C, such as Copper, Calcium, Chlorine etc. but they all have different symbols.

C represents only carbon and nothing else since one symbol represents a particular  elemet and cannot be used to represent any other any other elements.but there are many elements starting with C such as copper, calcium, chlorine, etc but they all have different symbols..
