The pollen grains are transferred to intersect male and female gamets .Plants adapted for wind pollination have small light pollen so that it can be carried by the wind .They have feathery stigmas to catch the Pollen

2) Dispersal of seeds is very important for the survival of plant species if plants grow too closely to each other they have to compete for light water and nutrients from the soil seed dispersal allow plants to spread out from a wide area and avoid competing with one another for the same resources
