As the room looks so dirty it shows the person who lives in the room is lazy. The way shoes are thrown in from of the bed how lazy the person is who couldn’t pick up his own shoes.  

Even the painting behind the best is torn a little apart, it shows that the person doesn’t really care about the appearance of the room.  The person didn’t even make his bed and a few clothes are in his room’s window.  

This whole picture shows the laziness and untidiness of the owner of the room or the person might be fighting from depression.

For some people, a tidy room can be soothing. An orderly retreat in an often disorderly world. Some people feel anxious in a cluttered room while others feel their most creative amid the squalor. Messiness has long been viewed as something of a character flaw or a sign of laziness. Having a messy room might be the result of a lot of factors. It might mean you are busy and have little time to clean and organize. It might be a sign that you have too much stuff.

If you are typically neat and organized, suddenly not caring about a messy room might be a sign that something is going on in your life.

While some might suggest that a cluttered room is a sign of a cluttered mind, those who prefer this type of environment are not necessarily disorganized.
