ATQ

10 years ago

y-10=4(x-10)

=> y-10=4x-40

=>y-4x=-40+10

=>y-4x=-30—————1

10 years after

(y+10)=2(x+10)

=>y+10=2x+20

=>y-2x=20-10

=>y-2x=10————-2

Subtracting 1 and 2(elimination method)

=>y-4x-(y-2x)=-30-10

=>y-4x-y+2x=-40

=>-2x=-40

=>-x=-40/2=-20

=>x=20

Putting x in 1

=>y-4(20)=-30

=>y-80=-30

=>y=-30+80=50
